Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Video Generator ("we", "us", or "our") handles personal data when you use AI Video Generator.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your Google account email, display name, profile image, authentication provider, account identifier, preferred locale, and account timestamps.
• Generation data: prompts, selected model and settings, uploaded reference images, video or audio, provider task identifiers, job status, generated output URLs, and credit usage.
• Transaction data: if payments are enabled, plan, amount, currency, payment status, and processor identifiers. We do not store complete card numbers.
• Technical data: essential session cookies, request timestamps, security and error logs, browser/device information, and IP-derived security information when available.

2. Why we process data

We process data to authenticate you, provide and recover generation jobs, store your inputs and outputs, maintain credits, prevent fraud and abuse, support users, improve reliability, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. Where applicable, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

3. AI processing and service providers

To provide the service, data may be sent to:

• Google for OAuth sign-in;
• Volcano Engine Ark / Seedance for video generation;
• Replicate for legacy image-generation features when enabled;
• Cloudflare R2 for uploaded and generated media storage;
• PostgreSQL/Supabase infrastructure for account, credit, and generation records;
• Stripe for payment processing if payments are enabled; and
• hosting, monitoring, security, and support providers used to operate the website.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Do not upload confidential data or personal data that you are not authorized to use.

4. Storage and retention

Unlike the original template, this service does store uploaded reference media and generated outputs in Cloudflare R2 so tasks can continue after you close the page and results can appear in your history. Account, prompt, task, credit, and media records are retained while your account remains active, unless a shorter period is required by law or operational policy. Provider-side temporary copies may be retained according to the provider's policy.

When you delete your account from My creations, we delete the account data, generation history, uploaded inputs, and stored outputs under our control after confirming that no paid generation task is still active. Some limited records may be retained where required by tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or other law once payments are enabled.

5. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only to the processors described above, to professional advisers, during a lawful business transfer, or where required to protect users, our rights, or comply with law.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including China, the United States, or other service regions. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal transfer mechanisms. Do not use the service if such transfers are prohibited for your data.

7. Security

We use HTTPS in production, access controls, server-side credentials, signed uploads, authenticated account APIs, webhook verification, rate limiting, and least-necessary data access. No system is completely secure, and users should keep their Google account secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to complain to a regulator. The My creations page lets you export a machine-readable copy or delete your account. You may also contact us at bangminwei09@gmail.com.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage required for authentication, security, language preferences, and core functionality. Any non-essential analytics or advertising cookies must be introduced only with an appropriate consent mechanism.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account.

11. Changes and contact
