Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AI Video Generator. By creating an account or using AI Video Generator, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for your Google account security and for activity performed through your account.

2. Service

The service submits prompts and reference media to third-party AI providers, stores job state, and may retain uploaded inputs and generated outputs so generation can continue in the background and appear in your history. AI results are probabilistic: availability, quality, timing, model behavior, and provider acceptance are not guaranteed.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you have in content you upload. You grant us and our processors a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have every right and consent necessary for the people, voices, trademarks, copyrighted works, and other material in your inputs.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the service to:

• break any law or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
• create sexual content involving minors or exploitative, non-consensual, or intimate imagery;
• impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, discriminate against, or deceive another person;
• create deceptive political, medical, financial, identity, or evidentiary media;
• bypass safety, authentication, credit, rate-limit, watermark, or provider controls;
• introduce malware, probe the service, scrape it at scale, resell access without permission, or overload infrastructure; or
• conceal AI involvement where disclosure is required by law, platform policy, contract, or professional duty.

The application may request provider output without an AI watermark. That does not waive your obligation to label or disclose synthetic media where required.

5. AI outputs and intellectual property

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of your generated output. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, similar to other output, or not eligible for intellectual-property protection. You are solely responsible for reviewing output and determining whether your use is lawful and appropriate.

6. Credits, pricing, and payments

Paid generation consumes the credits quoted by the service and may create third-party provider charges once you submit. A reserved amount may differ from final usage. Payment plans, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund rules will be shown at checkout when payment is enabled. Mandatory consumer and refund rights in your location always prevail.

7. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law or provider rules, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. You may export your data or delete your account from My creations. Active paid tasks must complete or be canceled before deletion.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or a particular generation result. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction pending launch configuration, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, contact bangminwei09@gmail.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Courts with lawful jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law may hear unresolved disputes. We do not impose a placeholder arbitration waiver.

11. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or product changes. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
